‘Stranger Things’ creators The Duffer Brothers accept their Variety Showrunner Award from actor Caleb McLaughlin at SCAD TVfest 2025. Presented by SCAD TVfest and Variety since 2022, the Variety Showrunner Award recognizes a showrunner or team of showrunners who have led an outstanding season of TV. Previous honorees include Charlotte Stoudt (‘The Morning Show’), Sterlin Harjo (‘Reservation Dogs’), and Lucia Aniello, Paul W. Downs, and Jen Statsky (‘Hacks’).
