SCAD Savannah Film Festival honoree and 'Wake Up Dead Man' director Rian Johnson

"Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery" director Rian Johnson accepts his Outstanding Achievement in Directing Award at the 2025 SCAD Savannah Film Festival. Johnson also wrote and co-produced the film, the third in his “Knives Out” series following the investigations of master detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig). Previous recipients of the Outstanding Achievement in Directing Award at the SCAD Savannah Film Festival include Sir Steve McQueen, Todd Haynes, and Aaron Sorkin.
