UK students tour SCAD

View highlights of a UK student tour of SCAD. Starting in Atlanta, the group visits the SCAD Atlanta Welcome Center and the SCADpad installation before arriving in Savannah. There, they explore the Ronald C. Waranch Equestrian Center, visit with award-winning industrial design chair Owen Foster and catch a glimpse of dolphins while cruising the waters surrounding the city. Brief testimonials follow, first from Mimi Rhys of London who, after her visit, decides, “Now I really want to come.” Asher Roberts of East Sussex enthusiastically declares SCAD “the place I need to be … it’s fate, I need to be here.” Finally, Paul Adams, head of design and technology at Marlborough College in Wiltshire, England, encourages all UK students, “If you have the opportunity to come and visit SCAD, take it, because it will have such a big impact not just on you as a person, but on your whole professional career.”
