SCADcast: 'On Creativity' with Millie Bobby Brown
A Constellation of Stars ... The 23rd annual SCAD Savannah Film Festival, presented as an all-virtual experience, turned the excitement up to “Eleven,” in part thanks to Maverick Award honoree Millie Bobby Brown. In Brown's latest film, Enola Holmes, she takes on Victorian London as a timeless heroine with irresistible intelligence and wit. Brown carries a similar strength in her day-to-day life as a young woman concerned with the integrity of her art and the well-being of our planet as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. Her astonishing career is just beginning.
In this live On Creativity, presented as part of the university’s Guests and Gusto series, Brown joined SCAD President and Founder Paula Wallace to discuss breaking the fourth wall, the storytelling power of costume and production design, what she learned on the set of Stranger Things, and her advice for the next generation of creatives.
