Discover historic Ivy Hall, SCAD Atlanta’s cultural hub, at writing workshop with faculty
Join a SCAD faculty member for a writing workshop and tour of Ivy Hall, SCAD Atlanta's center for distinguished visiting scholars in residence, lectures, the Ivy Hall Writers Series and literary salons.
Formerly the Edward C. Peters House, Ivy Hall was built in 1883 and extensively renovated by SCAD before reopening as a cultural arts and writing center in 2008. The building also is host to the acclaimed Ivy Hall Writers Series, where visiting authors share writing insights and discuss their work. Recent guests have included media mogul Arianna Huffington, journalist Virginia Heffernan and author Melissa Fay Greene.
The event is free and open to all prospective students. For more information, call 404.253.2700 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
