Examine the requirements and potential for creating a better-built, people-centered world through “Focusing on People: The Social Art of Architecture and Design,” a lecture by architect Benjamin Clavan, AIA.

Clavan, principal of his own full-service design firm, also coordinates the international Berkeley Undergraduate Prize for Architectural Design. Using multiple examples of work from the Berkeley Prize, he explores the designs that strengthen the urban fabric and cultural identity of his community.
