Vancouver-based artist and designer Marian Bantjes began her career as a book typesetter. Today she runs her own design firm and is the author of three books. A member of the Alliance Graphique Internationale (AIG), Bantjes has spoken at numerous worldwide events and conferences, including the renowned TED Conference in Long Beach, California. Known for her obsessive, highly personal and organic work, Bantjes will share in this SCADstyle lecture how she trusted her instincts and used her personal aesthetic to captivate the art and design world.
