Under the guidance of Academy Award-winning and Emmy Award-winning faculty members, students manipulate sound for film and games while also learning professional aesthetics and theory.
Setting the bar higherSCAD is the first and only university in the United States to offer B.F.A., M.A. and M.F.A. degree programs in sound design for media. SCAD is an AVID Certified Pro School, offering students the opportunity to become certified before graduation by an expert in Pro Tools and ICON.
