"When in confusion or doubt, there are three activities in which we can always engage to move our thinking forward: discuss it with someone and fully consider their ideas; make something right now; and show it to someone else for feedback. This is the essence of collaboration, prototyping and testing, from which interesting and relevant designs emerge."
