Biography

As dean of the School of Fashion at the Savannah College of Art and Design, Michael Fink provides strategic direction and leadership for the fashion, fashion marketing and management, luxury and fashion management, and accessory design programs. His work touches more than 1,100 students and nearly 50 staff and faculty members across the university’s locations in Savannah and Atlanta, Georgia; Hong Kong; and Lacoste, France. Fink thrives on the constant flow of energy and ideas that students bring to class each day and enjoys guiding the next generation of fashion stars. Before coming to SCAD in 2009, he served as vice president, women’s fashion director, at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City, where he led international fashion branding, vision and direction for more than 60 stores.
