Program and Aftercare Fees
The program fee is $225 per week. This includes all workshop supplies and activities. Space is limited; early registration is encouraged.
Aftercare is available Monday through Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m. for an additional $75 per camp session. Campers must be picked up no later than 5 p.m. Aftercare may be purchased by camp session only; it is not available by the day. Aftercare must be purchased at least two weeks prior to the session camp start date. Space is limited.
Scholarships
We are no longer accepting scholarship consideration applications for Art Smarts. Scholarship winners will receive notification in early April.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
If minimum enrollment for a class is not met, the class is canceled. In the case of cancellation, families are notified in advance by phone and/or email and a full refund is issued.
For student cancellations made three weeks or more prior to the start of the scheduled camp session, a $50 cancellation fee per camp session, per child is retained from the refunded fees. For student cancellations made later than three weeks in advance of the scheduled camp session, a $100 cancellation fee per camp session and child is retained from the refunded fees. No refunds are made after the start of the scheduled session.
For aftercare cancellations made two weeks or more prior to the start of the scheduled camp session, fees will be refunded minus a $20 cancellation fee per session and child. No refunds are given for cancellations made later than two weeks in advance of the scheduled camp session.
Meals
Students must bring a bag lunch and any snacks daily. A refrigerator and microwave are available for student use.

Savannah Arts Academy
Savannah Arts Academy is a specialty-programs high school dedicated to the visual and performing arts. Part of the Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools system, SAA offers a specialized and rigorous arts program, which includes opportunities for students to major in communication arts, dance, theater, visual arts, piano, chorus, band or orchestra.
The mission of the Savannah Arts Academy is to develop graduates who exemplify academic and artistic excellence. With high academic standards and dedication to their artistic field of study, students not only discover and develop their artistic talents, but also are adequately prepared for future careers and college experiences.
Located in the former Savannah High School building at the apex of Chatham Crescent in Ardsley Park, Savannah Arts Academy facilities include five large and bright visual arts classrooms, a photography lab and darkroom, a large art gallery with professional lighting, a theater with seating for more than 650, a black box theater, costume room, technical theater room, two large dance studios, a piano lab, rooms for orchestra, band and chorus, a state-of-the-art media center, three computer labs, and editing rooms for filmmaking and broadcast video.

The Galloway School
Established in 1969 as an independent day school, The Galloway School serves a diverse body of approximately 700 students in preschool through 12th grade. Galloway is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and holds membership in the National Association of Independent Schools and the National Association for College Admission Counseling. Galloway's 8.2-acre campus is located in Chastain Park in Buckhead.
The Chaddick Center for the Arts is the showpiece of The Galloway School campus, the building that brings the entire school community together. State-of-the-art in every way, the Chaddick Center for the Arts includes a 300-seat theater, theater classroom and rehearsal hall, fully equipped performance support areas, choral and instrumental classrooms, and practice rooms. Visual arts space includes studios for all levels, a multi-media technology center, art classrooms, pottery studio, and a gallery for student exhibitions and special events. The Center provides office space for arts faculty and parking.
