Community Education and Summer Programs

Advanced Placement Institutes

Advanced Placement Institutes are conducted for high school teachers of AP courses at regional sites authorized by the College Board.

During one week of professional development workshops at SCAD Atlanta, teachers gain the critical information, tools and strategies needed to build and advance successful AP programs at their schools.

Experienced AP Institutes instructors help beginning and advanced teachers understand the content of recent AP exams, how these exams are scored and what they can do to boost their students' AP test scores.

Registration begins Feb. 1, 2010.
