SCAD presents Art Materials Trade Show
The Art Materials Trade Show, sponsored annually by the SCAD School of Foundation Studies, brings art materials industry professionals and visiting artists to Savannah.

SAVANNAH, Ga. - The Savannah College of Art and Design will present its second annual Art Materials Trade Show, featuring representatives from the National Gallery of Art and industry professionals, at the River Club, 3 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The trade show will take place Oct. 3-4, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Oct. 5, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
The exhibition hall will feature more than 40 exhibitors, who will demonstrate the latest and best art materials - all of which will be for sale at a discounted price during the three-day event. For an additional fee, attendees may sign up for hands-on workshops taught by SCAD faculty. Lectures on art conservation, painting and art history also will be held at Trustees Theater during the trade show.
The Art Materials Trade Show events are coordinated by the SCAD School of Foundation Studies, and Binder's Art Supply of Atlanta is serving as the retail partner. The trade show exhibition hall and lectures are free and open to the public.
