The ACA Library has Macs and PCs equipped with the latest industry software, as well as scanners and black-and-white printing. State-of-the-art workstations designed by Herman Miller include laptop connections and sound barriers. Black-and-white and color copiers are also provided. A wide variety of audiovisual materials is available for use within the library, in addition to streaming video offered through the online catalog.
The library provides six computers, one scanner and one copier for patron use. Additional computers and multimedia equipment are available in the computer labs in the SCAD Hong Kong building.
In addition to the two computer labs at Lacoste, the library offers access to three computers with two printers. The library also offers plenty of comfortable study space.
The Jen Library has three computer labs with Macs and PCs, as well as other computers scattered throughout the building. All computers are connected to black-and-white printers. The library also has many scanners for student use as well as three black-and-white photocopiers and one color photocopier. On the third floor, there are individual study rooms with TVs, DVD players and VCRs. Also on the third floor is a light table, a copy stand, a microform/microfiche reader and slide viewers.
eLearning students and other members of the university are welcome to use the resources at any SCAD Libraries location. A valid SCAD ID must be presented for access.
