Shuttle service from Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) to the Gold Coast Residences Phase 2 is available throughout the day, with the last shuttle departing at 11:50 p.m. Shuttles cost HK$38 and depart from bus bay 23. Additional arrival information is sent to your SCAD email address by the office of residence life and housing prior to check-in.

Friday, Sept. 11

All first-year students will attend orientation sessions based on last name:

  • Students with last names A-K attend orientation session A, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Students with last names L-Z attend orientation session B, 12:30-5 p.m.

Victoria’s Peak, Hong Kong Island

SCAD transportation departs from the Gold Coast Residences, in front of Tower 8, and travels directly to the top of Victoria’s Peak. You will be able to return to SCAD Hong Kong or the Gold Coast Residences at the end of the excursion.
