- Download the Parent Profile form and open it in Adobe Reader, available as a free download. You must use Adobe Reader to submit the form via e-mail.
Complete the form by typing requested information in the boxes provided, and click the Submit button at the top of the page.
The Select Email Client window appears.
- Select an e-mail client.

- If you use a desktop email application such as Outlook or Thunderbird, click the circle next to "Desktop Email Application" to choose that option.
- If you use a web-based email client, such as Yahoo, Google, or one provided by your Internet Service Provider, click the circle next to "Internet Email."
- If your desktop email is not available, or you do not know which type of email application you use, select "Other."
Click OK once you've made your selection.
- Attach completed form to an e-mail and send.

- If you chose desktop e-mail application, your default application will launch and open a new e-mail with your profile data attached and addressed to parents@scad.edu. You may add text to the e-mail if you wish. Click to send the e-mail as you normally would.
- If you chose Internet Email or Other, you will see the Sending the Data File window. Follow the instructions there to save the data file (in .fdf format) to your computer and attach it to an email message addressed to parents@scad.edu.
- When you have sent your message, click Close.
