How can I receive the parent relations monthly e-newsletter?

Complete the online parent profile and you will be included in all future e-newsletters and mailings.

I'm interested in SCAD parent T-shirts and other parent merchandise. Where can I find that?

Parent relations has partnered with Working Class Studio to produce T-shirts with student artwork and the phrase "Proud Parent." If you are interested in a T-shirt, contact 912.525.5180 or visit shopSCAD. There are also SCAD parent items available at the Ex Libris bookstore.

Are there discounts available at area hotels for parents?

Yes there are, but it depends on the hotel. When you call a hotel to make reservations, identify yourself as a SCAD parent and ask what discounts or specials are offered. Check out the listings for Savannah and Atlanta accommodations.

Is there a Family Weekend or Parents Weekend?

Yes. Mark your calendars for April 24-25, 2010. Parents Weekend is in conjunction with SCAD's annual Sidewalk Arts Festival and falls on the fourth Saturday in April. Make sure we have your mailing address and e-mail address by completing the online parent profile, and you will be included in all registration mailings.
