They are living a very happy life together in NYC and are planning on a future marriage together within the next few years.

From there, I moved on to working at Nathan Egan Interiors, where I started a position as a junior designer and was able to quickly make the transition into a senior designer on their team. "Mayan Blue," a documentary film by Rafael Garcia (B.F.A., video/film, 2005), follows the journey of an ancient Mayan site recently discovered beneath the waters of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. Garcia and the film were featured in The Huffington Post November 9, 2012. Several SCAD alumni are collaborating on the film. (updated 03/18/13)

Kushana Gentles (B.F.A., painting, 2005) has been working with the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands as the education and outreach officer. Her recent painting, Snappa, is featured in the Cayman National Bank Calendar. She will be attending the INSEA Conference and the UNESCO World Conference on Arts Education: Building Creative Capacities for the 21st Century. Both conferences will be held in Portugal in March 2006.
