Obtain Alumni ID
You need an alumni ID to enjoy certain alumni benefits:
In Atlanta, you may obtain your alumni ID card by scheduling an appointment via e-mail or applying online, which you must submit alumni facilities waiver, the alumni profile and a jpeg of your headshot to scadcard@scad.edu. We will contact you when your ID is ready. Present a valid driver's license or passport at the SCAD Atlanta card services office to receive your alumni ID.
If you are a graduate degree (M.A. or M.F.A.) candidate, you must complete your thesis before you can obtain an alumni ID card. If you have questions about completing your thesis, contact graduate studies.
If you are an undergraduate student who has not completed all course requirements, or whose grades have not been posted, you can't obtain an alumni ID cards until the registrar codes you in the database. You may direct questions about graduation status to the registrar.
- Access to facilities and equipment for 90 days after graduation
- Access to Jen Library and the SCAD-Atlanta library (limited privileges)
- Discounts at Ex Libris and SCAD-Atlanta's bookstore (certain restrictions apply)
- Discount on monthly Club SCAD and Turner House Fitness Center membership
- Access to any event or program that's free to current students
In Savannah, you may obtain an alumni ID card at York Hall, 115 E. York St., Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Bring a valid driver's license or passport. Alumni ID cards may not be issued the first week of every academic quarter to due heavy student volume. To save time during your visit, you may fill out the alumni facilities waiver and the alumni profile in advance, print these documents and bring them with you during your visit.
