"The desire to give back to the students some of my unique knowledge that goes way beyond the basics, wanting to hand off some significant insight and personal attention, the idea that I can make a difference in a student's career and life, the wish to do for them what a few special teachers and mentors did for me during my development. Each student is different. Each has different abilities, methods of learning, methods of expressing themselves and will take their own unique career directions. Hopefully, I can help them to understand their abilities, adjust my methods to best suit theirs and show alternative methods before they have narrowed their visions too soon."
