The M.A. in illustration design at SCAD is a bridge between the graphic design and illustration professions. Students are taught to explore concepts, aesthetics, techniques, materials, typography, design and professional practice. The final project of M.A. students combines these skills and creates a product that exemplifies the interconnectedness of graphic design and illustration.
Illustration design is designed to enhance the creative processes between graphic design and illustration.
