As the Indian Sikh family waits in the heat, they are tested by tradition, faith, conformity and sacrifice. The film explores the meaning of "American" and examines cultural and racial stereotypes in the post-9/11 United States.

Based on the director’s extensive research into ancient inventions and hieroglyphics from Egypt, Greece and India, the animated short features an ancient spaceship dating from around 6500 B.C.E. flying into the future in order for the pilot to see what life is like for modern human beings. While there, the ancient pilot teaches a modern pilot some new flying tricks.
