Built in the 1940s as the Centennial Mill Flour Company, Alexander Hall houses the painting department. Open 24 hours per day, it features classrooms, a critique area, graduate painting studios, formal and informal exhibition spaces, an acid room, a grounds room, a dark room, a ceramic room and woodshop. It is home to the Alexander Hall Gallery, which rotates exhibitions, and also features open studio events, which allow students to show and sell their work.
Alexander Hall and the Alexander Hall Gallery offers students the space to create and exhibit their work.
Students and faculty display and sell their work during Open Studio Night, one of the most anticipated nights of the year.
