Forsyth House is a three-story, coeducational building that houses approximately 42 students. It offers apartment-style living with accommodations for two or four students. Each single-floor apartment has air conditioning, local telephone service, a cable television outlet, one bathroom, a full kitchen, twin-size beds that can be bunked, and a drafting table, stool and dresser/chest of drawers and Internet access for each resident.

Forsyth House features pay laundry facilities and drink and snack vending machines. Limited on-street and metered parking is available.
