Spring House
Located at 1470 Spring St., Spring House is just two blocks from the flagship SCAD Atlanta building. Each double- and triple-occupancy room features air conditioning, a private bathroom, furniture, cable television service and Internet access. American Disabilities Act accessible, this former hotel is also equipped with a computer lab, common rooms, a swimming pool, a game room and on-site parking.
The Spring House dorm rooms are dual occupancy rooms, spacious enough for comfortable, home-like living.
Spring House once served as a hotel, and renovation provided a residence hall within walking distance to SCAD Atlanta.
Each room in Spring House accommodates two students with private bathroom. A computer lab and fitness equipment are on site.
Students at Spring House can walk to SCAD Atlanta to eat in the Hub, or visit one of the many local places to eat in Atlanta.
Spring House is in the heart of midtown Atlanta. Students can walk to SCAD Atlanta, Atlantic Station and other nearby venues.
