Stefani is a foundation studies professor at SCAD who is a figurative painter with a human focus.  Stefani has exhibited in more than 100 group exhibitions in addition to numerous solo shows.  Her work has been shown in the United States, London, Beijing, Hong Kong, Seoul, Ibiza and Perpignan, France.  Stefani has been published and/or presented in Art in America, Who's Who Among American Teachers, Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who of American Women, Southeastern College Art Association and the First Coast Regional Art Competition Catalogue.
