Louise P. Sloane is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York, NY.  She has exhibited extensively in New york, Georgia, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Florida and Pennsylvania in both galleries and museums.  Sloane has been featured in articles from publications such as Architectural Digest, The New York Times, The Independent and The Great Neck Records, as well as numerous blogs.  She has also made several appearances on the television program "Artscene on Long Island with Shirley Romaine."  Sloane is the recipient of the Beatrice Jackson Memorial Award, and received the Special Opportunities Stipend from the New York Foundation for the Arts three times in 2004 and 2005. She has permanent public installations and collections in New York, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
