Elena Madden was born in Columbia, South Carolina, and now splits her time between Florida and Texas where she continues to paint. She received a B.F.A. in painting from SCAD in 1993. Madden owns her own gallery in South Carolina and her work has been exhibited in the Town Square Gallery in Memphis, Tennessee; Golden Pacific Arts in San Diego, California; and the Center of the Earth Gallery in Charlotte, North Carolina. Madden's work has also been featured in Travel Spotlight and The South magazines.
