Cynthia White was born in Augsburg, Germany, and now resides in Ashland, Oregon after spending several years in Japan.  She received a B.A. in studio art from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida, and an M.F.A. in painting from SCAD. Cynthia has exhibited her work in solo and group shows, including IUOMA in Abruzzo, Italy, Artel Gallery in Pensacola, WE AR.T in Thuringia, Germany, and Red Gallery in Savannah, Georgia. In addition, her work has been featured in Southern Accents magazine.
