Requirements
  1. You must be 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  2. You MUST submit a current photo with your application, any application that does not contain a photo will be discarded.
  3. All photos and application submissions will become the property of Carter Barnes.
  4. All candidates chosen will receive an email confirming their selection.  Candidates must EMAIL back within 24 hours of receiving their confirmation or another candidate will be chosen.
  5. Each candidate chosen will receive one color chemical process and one Haircut/blowdry.  Candidates have the option to receive only one of the two services if they so choose.
  6. All appointments will be randomly scheduled by Carter Barnes.  All candidates will be informed via email of their appointment times.  All appointment times are final and CANNOT be rescheduled.
  7. Candidates must arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time.  Any candidate arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may forfeit their services.
  8. Appointments are NON TRANSFERABLE.  Each candidate will be required to present a valid ID at check in.
  9. At the time of check in all candidates will be required to sign a release and waiver to Carter Barnes.  No services will be performed with out signed release/waiver.
