The SCAD exhibitions department presents "Doublewide," a two-person exhibition by Gregory Eltringham, SCAD painting professor, and Jonathan Yoerger, M.F.A. painting student and alumnus (B.F.A., illustration, 2008), showcasing both artists' fascination with mobility, perception and change. Eltringham's anthropomorphic "dream house" paintings invite viewers to envision the people, places and things that could physically and/or conceptually occupy these structures. Yoerger's paintings and installations of artifacts encourage viewers to negotiate their own accounts of history or perhaps fashion their ultimate survival kits for the future.
