6/7/2006 SAVANNAH, GA. — "Homo Hominis," an exhibition by Russian-American painter Mikhail Turovsky, Savannah College of Art and Design foundation studies professor Jorge Alvarez and Kiril Jeliazkov (M.F.A., painting, 2006) is on display at the Red Gallery, 201 E. Broughton St. through July 25. In this exhibition, the artists create their own rules and mythology for the depiction of the human figure. The artists will host a lecture to discuss their work at Red Gallery, June 23, 4–5 p.m.The exhibition and lecture are free and open to the public.
