Feb. 8-11, 2009
The Measuring Unique Studies Effectively conference, or MUSE, hosted by the Savannah College of Art and Design, is designed to build a community of art and design professionals who share an intellectual curiosity about student learning and are committed to facilitating continuous improvement at the program, classroom and institutional levels.
MUSE brings together higher education administrators and faculty from art and design institutions to share their experiences with and perceptions of:
- the definition, measurement, and development of creativity,
- program- and classroom-level assessment, and
- the scholarship of teaching and learning in their unique fields of study.
- Preconference assessment institute
- Valued keynote speakers
- Opportunity to network among others within the exceptional fields of study offered by art and design higher education.
About SCAD
Named one of Kaplan's "25 cutting-edge schools with an eye toward the future," the Savannah College of Art and Designis a private, nonprofit, accredited institution with locations in Atlanta and Savannah, Ga., and in Lacoste, France. Undergraduate and graduate degree programs also are offered online through SCAD-eLearning.
