SCAD hosts ‘Stress and Anxiety Management’ workshop
Stress is our mental, physical, emotional and behavioral reaction to perceived demands or threats, and it can leave you frustrated, angry or anxious. This workshop provides you with ways to manage your stress. Come learn how relax, using only your breath and your mind.
