SCAD Atlanta presents "On Air," an exhibition of recent and new work by Paris-based artist Laurent Grasso, in conjunction with France-Atlanta 2013. A continually shifting viewpoint is at the heart of Grasso's aesthetic and conceptual sensibilities. Using imagery culled from cinema and art history and, working in video, sculpture and, most recently, painting and drawing, Grasso often recreates phenomena — both human and natural — that set up surreal and ambiguous juxtapositions of time and space.

Artist talk:  Tuesday, Nov. 5, 6-7 p.m.

Reception: immediately following

Gallery hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The exhibition, artist talk and reception are free and open to the public.
