Explore earning college credit in high school at SCAD eStar virtual information session
Find out how you can start earning college credit and work toward a creative degree at SCAD while still in high school through the university's pre-college programs.
High school students ages 16 and older are eligible to be admitted to SCAD eStar on a part-time basis during their junior or senior year, putting them on a fast track to a degree from The University for Creative Careers. During this event, students will learn more about eStar admission, take a tour of a live eStar class and view past students' work.
SCAD eStar students can finish many of their foundation studies courses through the university's innovative SCAD eLearning platform. Students in SCAD eLearning courses are instructed by the same world-class faculty members who teach at the university's four on-ground locations. Online students also have access to cutting-edge technology and vast digital resources, including talks by visiting artists and designers in the Virtual Lecture Hall, expansive electronic library archives and more.
The event is free and open to prospective students.
