SCAD is pleased to offer students My Payment Plan, an automated payment plan administered by CASHNet. My Payment Plan allows SCAD students, parents and other authorized users to self-enroll in a payment plan that automatically drafts in U.S. dollars from a credit card or bank account in three installments of the quarterly balance due. Students must enroll in the plan and pay the enrollment fee for each quarter they plan to participate in My Payment Plan.
Students who choose to participate in My Payment Plan are strongly encouraged to enroll in the payment plan prior to the appropriate payment due date to avoid a 5% of the amount due late payment penalty. Students who enroll in the payment plan are required to approve the contract with an electronic signature. Students are notified by email when installment due dates are approaching. The payor(s) can then access the account online, review payment plan status and deadlines, make a payment, or schedule automatic payments. Once an installment payment is processed, the student receives an immediate email receipt that can also be accessed in their personal payment history. To enroll, visit the "My Student Account" channel on the My Info tab on MySCAD. Click on the "Make a Payment" link in the channel to launch the CASHNet account in a new window of your Web browser. The "Installment Payment Plan" box will be visible on the right hand side of students' "Student Accounts" page in CASHNet. Select the "Enroll in CURRENT TERM payment plan" link and follow the instructions.
