Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can be an effective stress management tool that addresses a multitude of specific psychological stressors. EFT employs acupressure as a gentle tapping technique to stimulate traditional Chinese acupuncture points. Using EFT balances the body's energy system and appears to relieve psychological stress, some physical pain, fear, weight control issues, limiting beliefs, relationship blocks, phobias and anxiety attacks.
