College/ University Fair
Students have the opportunity to meet admission representatives from a variety of colleges and universities to discuss degrees and programs of study, admission requirements, financial aid options and other information relevant to selecting the right college. College fairs are typically free and open to the public.
Conference
Researchers and professionals present results, workshops, and other activities that center around topics specific to their fields. Registration with the conference is typically required.
Grad Fair
Prospective graduate students have the opportunity to meet with admission representatives from a variety of colleges and universities to discuss graduate programs of study, admission requirements, financial aid options and other information relevant to selecting the graduate school. Grad fairs are typically free and open to the public.
Information Session
Students and parents are invited to attend a one hour presentation to learn about SCAD's nationally recognized academic programs, art and design career options, admission and portfolio overview, scholarship opportunities, and Q-and-A with admission representatives. Students may also have the opportunity to meet with SCAD faculty and alumni at select sessions. Portfolio counseling is available for undergraduate students by appointment.
Tradeshow
Companies in specific industries showcase their products and services, allowing students and professionals to learn about career opportunities and examine recent market trends. Registration with the tradeshow is typically required.
Unified Auditions
SCAD is a participating university in the annual National Unified Auditions. High school seniors have the opportunity to present a four-minute audition to enhance their application file and to be considered for a scholarship. Students intending to major in performing arts are required to audition prior to declaring the major and are encouraged to audition at time of application for admission to SCAD. Students who register to audition will be contacted to schedule their audition time. For information regarding audition requirements, visit www.scad.edu/portfolio.
Workshop
Professor Workshop
Students can sign-up for a workshop taught by a SCAD faculty or alumni for a hands-on experience. Topics and discussions vary. Workshops are free and open to the public. Registration may be required.

Creative Careers Workshop
Undergraduate students and parents are invited to attend a one hour presentation to learn more about the creative industry and why SCAD graduates are in demand. Participants take part in an interactive workshop to design the path to their unique creative careers. They meet with admission representatives and SCAD alumni to learn about launching their careers at SCAD. Portfolio counseling is available for undergraduate students by appointment.
