Individual career advising is available to provide students with career development and professional job search assistance. Counseling sessions provide guidance in choosing a major, writing résumés and cover letters, making portfolio presentations, honing interviewing skills and developing networking and self-promotion techniques to prepare you for the job market. Summer camps and nonprofit community organizations recruit students for jobs, internships and summer volunteer opportunities at this fair. This helps students gain work experience, add to their résumés and give back to the community.
Testing and assessment
The Strong-Campbell Interest Inventory and Meyers-Briggs assessment are available to students to help them in their career decision-making process.
