Participating student times

All students and alumni can access the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center beginning at 9 a.m. to attend the day-of workshops and keynote address. Access times to company booth spaces are based on class standing and as follows:

  • Alumni, graduate students and seniors will be admitted at 10 a.m.

  • Juniors will be admitted at 11 a.m.

  • Freshmen and sophomores will be admitted at 1 p.m.

A valid SCAD ID card is required for admission. Alumni can obtain a SCAD ID card while in Savannah for the event. Learn more about obtaining a SCAD ID.

 

Transportation options

  • Free parking is available at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center.
  • SCAD will run shuttles from the Student Center begining at 9 a.m.
  • The Savannah Belles Ferry is free and runs throughout the day.

SCAD Tour (RSVP required)

Enjoy a private tour of SCAD Savannah’s beautiful downtown location, and learn more about SCAD’s programs, historic buildings and galleries. The tour departs from and returns to the SCAD Museum of Art. Space is limited to the first 60 participants who RSVP online.


The tour begins promptly at 4 p.m. Please meet inside the first floor lobby of the SCAD Museum of Art. If you park along the street, you will need to pay the meter until 5 p.m.

Do you have a project that you would like to see executed by talented SCAD students, under the guidance of visionary professors? The Collaborative Learning Center is SCAD's unique and innovative endeavor that focuses on creating authentic and collaborative learning opportunities for students, faculty and external partners. During this brief presentation prior to the career fair welcome reception, you will have the opportunity to meet the CLC director and learn more about how to develop a productive partnership between your organization and SCAD.

Join us for hors d'oeuvres and a tour of the SCAD Museum of Art, a premier contemporary art museum established to enrich the education of SCAD students and to attract and delight visitors from around the world. Introducing new exhibitions every academic quarter, the museum showcases work by a range of highly acclaimed professional artists, inspiring and challenging students across disciplines to push the boundaries of their creative practice. Deans and professors will be on hand to greet you and share information about their respective majors. Entrance to the career fair welcome reception is included in your registration fee.
