Employer registration and information

With more than 40 areas of study, real-world projects, professional facilities and technology, SCAD provides students with unparalleled experience in their chosen field of expertise.

SCAD Career Fair 2014 is your opportunity to meet these talented, qualified students and alumni, all in one place, and discover how they can contribute to the success of your company. Booths are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so act now to reserve your space.


Registration is closed.

Registration includes:

  • Registration for one to eight representatives. If you are bringing more than four representatives, we encourage you to purchase two booths.
  • Admittance for all representatives to the welcome reception.
  • Breakfast and lunch for all representatives.
  • Booth: 10' wide (back wall), 10' deep (distance to aisle) and 8' tall
  • Table: 6' rectangular with charcoal gray table linen
  • Appropriate number of chairs
  • Booth sign with company name

You are welcome to bring tabletop and stand-alone signage, materials and equipment. To purchase electricity and rent equipment such as a monitor, visit savtcc.com.

Upload your logo and sign photo release

If your logo is not already on file with us, we request that you submit your company logo at this time for pre-event promotion to our students.

Follow these instructions to upload your logo to our Dropbox account:

  1. Ensure that your logo is a high-resolution file (1 MB or larger) with 300 dpi. EPS and PDF files are preferred (vector art).
  2. Select "Sign in" in the top right corner.
  3. Enter the user name: careerinfo@scad.edu.
  4. Enter the password: cas4653.
  5. Select "Career Fair 2014 Logos" folder.
  6. Select Upload icon (located above the word "Kind").
  7. Select "Choose files."
  8. Browse your computer, select files and select "Open."
  9. After the file is uploaded, select "Done."
  10. Ensure your logo is listed in the folder.
  11. Go to the top right "Career and Alumni Success" tab and select "Sign out."

Uploading your signed photo release forms
Since the event will be photographed, we need every representative to complete a photo release. Download it here, and follow the Dropbox instructions above to upload them to the "Career Fair Photo Video Release Approvals" folder.

    Do you have a project that you would like to see executed by talented SCAD students, under the guidance of visionary professors? The Collaborative Learning Center is SCAD's unique and innovative endeavor that focuses on creating authentic and collaborative learning opportunities for students, faculty and external partners. During this brief presentation prior to the career fair welcome reception, you will have the opportunity to meet the CLC director and learn more about how to develop a productive partnership between your organization and SCAD.

    Join us for hors d'oeuvres and a chance to tour the SCAD Museum of Art, a premier contemporary art museum established to enrich the education of SCAD students and to attract and delight visitors from around the world. Introducing new exhibitions every academic quarter, the museum showcases work by a range of highly acclaimed professional artists, inspiring and challenging students across disciplines to push the boundaries of their creative practice. Deans and professors will be on hand to greet you and share information about their respective majors. Entrance to the career fair welcome reception is included in your registration fee.

    Meet, recruit and hire world-class designers and artists professionally prepared by SCAD — The University for Creative Careers. You will not find a more exceptional group of talented prospects, ready to contribute to your company in significant ways from day one, anywhere else. Breakfast and lunch are provided with registration.

Start times

  • Seniors, graduate students, and alumni will be admitted at 10 a.m.
  • Juniors will be admitted at 11 a.m.
  • Freshman and sophomores will be admitted at 1 p.m.

Shipping materials

If you are shipping materials in advance, follow these instructions.

Clearly mark the package(s) with the following:

  • Your company name
  • "Hold for Career Fair"
  • Inventory ("Box 1 of 2")

Ship the package(s) to:

SCAD will deliver your shipped materials to the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center (career fair venue).

A FedEx table will be available for return post. We will have blank FedEx shipping forms available if needed.

For return shipping through UPS, bring completed shipping labels to the career fair.

Internet and electricity

SCAD will provide free Wi-Fi for all company participants. All additional requests (electricity, screens, etc.) and payments for technical services are handled directly through the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center.
