ACA House When the Atlanta College of Art merged with the Savannah College of Art and Design in June 2006, the
ACA Residence Hall became part of the SCAD-Atlanta facilities. Named in honor of the Atlanta College of Art, ACA House is located at 1280 Peachtree St. ACA House offers apartment-style housing with private bedrooms. Residence features include a fitness center and a large community kitchen.
Spring House Located at 1470 Spring St., Spring House is just two blocks from SCAD-Atlanta. Formerly a hotel, Spring House features a computer lab, common rooms, swimming pool and on-site parking.
