* Matriculation Fee for New Students: All degree-seeking students pay a one-time nonrefundable matriculation fee in the amount of $500. Invoice for the matriculation fee, including due date, is sent by the admission department. Checks should be made payable to the Savannah College of Art and Design and mailed to the bursar's office.
** Housing: Entering students must pay the non-refundable housing reservation fee of $250 prior to signing up for college housing. Students are assigned fall quarter housing based on the date the reservation fee is paid, provided the quarterly housing balance is paid by Aug. 1 and the housing license agreement has been submitted. Payments should be marked “housing fee” and should include the student’s name and SCAD ID number to ensure proper credit. Housing assignments for fall entering students are made in the summer. Once assignments are made, students are notified by postal mail and by e-mail. At that time, assignments and roommate information are also available in MySCAD.
*** Meal Plan: Students residing in Dyson, Oglethorpe, Spring, Turner, Turner Annex, and Weston houses are required to participate in a full-residential meal plan. For more information about meal plans, click here.
