Billing statements

Monthly billing statements are issued July through October for the fall quarter and immediately after the registration periods for winter, spring and summer quarters. Prompt registration ensures students receive their billing statements in time to meet the payment due dates. All students with account balances receive billing statements at their SCAD email address. Account balances also can be viewed in MySCAD. Students must notify their adviser in order to request that billing statements be sent to a third party.

Changes to course registration, housing or meal plan, or financial aid eligibility may result in a balance that's different from students' most recent monthly billing statement. Because a new billing statement may not be issued before the published due date, students may view an updated balance through CashNet or by logging on to MySCAD > My Info tab > My Student Account channel.

 

Terms of payment

All SCAD fees are payable in accordance with the applicable due dates indicated on the SCAD student billing statement.

Late payment fees

SCAD will charge students a late fee of 5 percent of the balance due if there is an outstanding balance after the published due date indicated in the SCAD student billing statement.

SCAD is pleased to offer students My Payment Plan, an automated payment plan administered by CASHNet.
