Application Requirements

Auditing student enrollment is on a space-available basis and has been established for individuals who do not wish to pursue a degree, but would like to enroll in college courses. Auditing applicants must submit an application for admission, a nonrefundable $25 application fee if submitted online ($50 application fee if submitted in paper form) and a résumé. Applicants denied admission to the Savannah College of Art and Design as degree-seeking students may or may not be eligible for enrollment as auditing students. Performance in courses taken as an auditing student does not automatically qualify an applicant for admission as a degree-seeking student. Auditing students who wish to become degree seeking must reapply to the college (application fee is required) and fulfill the application requirements in effect for degree-seeking students. Auditing students do not earn college credit and are not eligible for financial aid or scholarships. I-20s cannot be issued to international students who have auditing status. Auditing students are not required to submit a matriculation fee. The administrative unit responsible for auditing student admission decisions is the Admission Review Committee.
