Transfer Student Orientation
Orientation is designed to help facilitate a smooth transition for all new students as they embark on their lives at SCAD. Families and students become acquainted with the academic environment, support services and facilities at the university; review important policies and procedures; and connect with both current students and fellow incoming students. In addition, new students' family members learn about supporting their students during the transition to life at SCAD.

SCAD tour (optional)
Buses for tour will leave at 9 and 11 a.m. from Student Center, 120 Montgomery St. Tours will last one hour.

10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
SCAD Museum of Art tours (optional)
Walking tours leave at 10 a.m. and noon from the Student Center. Tours will last one hour.

The office of student involvement and the office of residence life and housing invites all new students to celebrate the beginning of the quarter with an acoustic performance, games and a chance to meet your fellow SCAD students.
