Transfer Student Orientation

Orientation is designed to help facilitate a smooth transition for all new students as they embark on their lives at SCAD. Families and students become acquainted with the academic environment, support services and facilities at the university; review important policies and procedures; and connect with both current students and fellow incoming students.

 

In addition, new students' family members learn about supporting their students during the transition to life at SCAD. All new students are strongly encouraged to attend. Visit MySCAD for orientation updates. For additional information, call 404.253.2700.

 

Transfer Student Schedule

Unless otherwise noted, events take place at the main SCAD Atlanta building, 1600 Peachtree St. Tentative schedule. Final schedule is distributed at check-in.
