Megan E. Berkheiser

  • B.F.A., illustration, The University of the Arts, 1995
  • M.F.A., illustration, School of Visual Arts, 1997

Megan was fortunate to study with several of the best image-makers working in the field of illustration to date. The vast knowledge and insight she gained from illustrators such as Marshall Arisman, Paul Davis, Hannock Piven, Amy Guip, Carol Fabricatore, Steven Heller, Brad Holland, Thomas Woodruff, Steven Guarnacci and Al Gury is what Megan hopes to pass on to her students, who will be tomorrow's illustrators, designers and art directors where clear, engaging image-making is a necessity. Strong illustrations resulting from a marriage of concept and technique compel Megan to share her real world experience living and working in New York City with her students.
