"I have always been drawn to the exchange of ideas found within the classroom. I have always found it crucial to work in a diverse atmosphere in terms of conceptual approaches and elasticity of materials. My passion for art and design comes forth in my teaching and infuses my students with curiosity and determination. When I interact with my students, I am invigorated by their enthusiasm for new techniques and topics as well as their own influences found in literature, film and other media. These convictions set the stage for a greater dialogue that is at the core of my teaching philosophy."
